Very nice plywood chair from the 1950s. Similar in style to Charles and Ray Eames' DCW chair or Cee Braakman's SB02. This chair was made in the early 1950s in the workshops of the Horgen Glarus factory in Switzerland. Complex construction details were used to create this seat, of which only a few examples were produced. The item is in its fine original condition with a wonderful patina. Curved wood made from laminated birch. Manufacturer's label under the seat.
