Ceramic vase
A stoneware vase turned in two parts, assembled and modeled, very original in Mr. Chapallaz's production. A grainy iron-black glaze contrasts with a softly shaded glaze in warm tones. A particularly interesting piece in its elaborate workmanship and free-form evocative of nature. The piece is in perfect condition, with its double handwritten signature and workshop stamp. Circa 1970-80.
